Privacy policy
How we handle your data on this website. The short version: no tracking, no ads, and we only keep what you choose to send us.
Who we are
This website is run by Hyper Cloud Games, an independent game studio. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@hypercloudgames.com.
This policy covers this website only. Our games on Steam are covered by Steam’s privacy policy and any notices inside the games.
What we collect and why
Contact form
When you send us a message, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or taking steps you asked for, such as discussing a project.
Messages arrive in our email inbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace. We keep them as long as we need them for the conversation and any follow-up, then delete them. The form uses a built-in spam check that does not use cookies or track you.
Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. The logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.
Cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and this site does not set any cookies for visitors. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Content from other services
- Google Fonts. Our fonts load from Google’s servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google.
- YouTube. Game trailers are embedded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube receives data only when you play a video, and may set cookies at that point.
- Links. Links to Steam, Discord, YouTube and our social profiles take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We only use these providers to run the site:
- NEOSERV, our web hosting provider in the EU.
- Google, for email, fonts and video. Google may process data outside the EU, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we have about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or give it to you in a portable format. You can also object to how we use it. Just email info@hypercloudgames.com and we will reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
This website is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
