Regera once faced its greatest threat from the neighboring dynasty of Karaghor, which spanned vast territories. After a lengthy 50-year war, Regera defeated Karaghor, allowing them to retain their rulers under the condition of focusing on trade and knowledge, leading to a prosperous alliance.

However, centuries of peace came to an end when Karaghor’s new king, Tarrus, unlike his wise father, grew envious of Regera’s wealth and land. Tarrus’s greed and extravagance led to famine and unrest in Karaghor. To quell rebellions, Tarrus transformed his ancestors’ knowledge into tools of war, revealing his true lust for violence.
